What you shouldn't do it's talking about weaknesses focusing on the job that your are applying for.

Please do not focus on weaknesses just as if your life is about it, this feels somewhat weird and the interviewer sees you like a person that has nothing but weaknesses.

Something that most people appreciate of you is you honesty while your talking about your weaknesses. Trying to talk about it driving the speech to one of improvement so the interviewer sees you like a person that is willing to change and improve.

Being honest is in my opinion the most important skill that along with the ones mencioned earlier will help to smash the interview.

Happy Sunday 🌞 I think you have to be honest but not too honest that you blow up your chances to get the job. The way is explained in the class is very useful: talk about a not related to the job weakness and mention how you improved or what things you are doing to fix it.

Advanced The best way to talk about your weaknesses in an interview is being honest and knowing yourself and your own. To know yourself, it could help asking for feedback to your relatives and old workmates. When talking about your weaknesses you shouldn't lie about your skills and qualifications, that will create fake expectations about you in your workplace. Also, you should focus in talking only about work-related weaknesses, otherwise you might lose the atentions of the interviewer.

I think we should talk about weaknesses, but don't focus on the problem as such, be focus on explaining how you do or did to solve it.

Talk about relevant weaknesses for the job that you are applying for. But attention! You should talk about your strengths too!

3️⃣Advanced . What is the best way to talk about your weaknesses in an interview? What should you NOT do while talking about your weaknesses. Share your ideas.

I consider that the best way to talk about weaknesses are:

• The most important thing is, to be honest, and choose a real weakness.
• Don't forget to provide an example of how you've worked to improve upon your weakness or learn a new skill to combat the issue.
• You can explain how you intend to get better at overcoming your weaknesses through tools, apps, study, or getting help from a mentor.

What should you NOT do while talking about your weaknesses:

• Don't choose a weakness that will prevent you from succeeding in the role.
• If you aren’t upfront, you may come across as arrogant, or dishonest. We all have weaknesses so don’t be self-conscious, you are there to show whether you would be a good fit in the company, so please be honest!

I believe that behind each weakness there is a strength, since we are working with that weakness, making it known that we are working to improve. For this reason, by presenting both the problem and the solution, you can transform your weakness into a strength.

The weakness as well as strengths, are important to recognize because if you ignore it, you will not be able to improve. For an interview, to talk about your weakness, you should to be honest and say that you are not perfect but you need show that you are working on it, also you can mention that you had weakness in the past and how you improve it. You shouldn't mention only a list of your weakness, you need show how much you learned about that and how you improve it.
