EstudianteHello guys, I'm going to share my notes about the last challenge. I'm just want to say many thanks for those courses that have helped me a lot, because I believe that we don't frequently want to keep in mind that we are passing for some situation or problems that we usually avoid. But the end I figured it out that we can control all our feeling throw some techniques to star living of sound mind dealing with them and the most important thing is making the anxiety out best tool to find the answer inside us 🧘♂️.

"La felicidad no es un estado continuo de placer, sino un profundo sentimiento de satisfacción personal, de confianza, de seguridad, de saber que puedes afrontar y vivir la vida, independientemente de las experiencias que traiga."
