Very useful to know about comparing information and contrasting information

The course content is exceptionally well-structured, diving deep into the nuances of rhetoric, logical appeals, emotional connections, and the art of convincing an audience. The explanations of complex rhetorical concepts, such as Ethos, Pathos, and Logos, were clear and supported by excellent examples, making them easy to grasp and apply. I particularly appreciated the practical exercises and real-world scenarios that allowed me to immediately implement the strategies discussed. The lessons on identifying and using rhetorical devices, comparing and contrasting information, and even the subtle art of delivering feedback (like Antanagoge) were highly beneficial for enhancing my communication skills in English. The pace was appropriate for a C1 level, challenging enough to promote growth without being overwhelming. However, I do have one significant concern regarding the course materials. While the instruction and main content were delivered in excellent English, I noticed that the summaries provided for each class were consistently in Spanish. For a C1 English course focused on communication, this feels like a missed opportunity and, at times, a slight hindrance. The purpose of these summaries should be to reinforce the English concepts and vocabulary learned in the class, not to switch to another language. Having the summaries in English would not only provide additional exposure to the target language but also ensure consistency in the learning environment. It would allow learners to practice reading and internalizing the key takeaways in English, which is crucial for advanced language acquisition and mastery of the subject matter. Despite this point, I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to refine their persuasive communication skills in English. The quality of the instruction and the depth of the topics covered are truly commendable. I believe that addressing the language of the class summaries would make an already excellent course even more effective and cohesive.
