Implementation of the USB 2.0 controller not found!
Because the USB 2.0 controller state is part of the saved VM state, the VM cannot be started. To fix this problem, either install the ‘Oracle VM VirtualBox Extension Pack’ or disable USB 2.0 support in the VM settings.
Note! This error could also mean that an incompatible version of the ‘Oracle VM VirtualBox Extension Pack’ is installed (VERR_NOT_FOUND).

hola si desactive el controlador de USB y me funciono al toque gracias!!

Hay 2 soluciones:
1.- Descarga el Extension Pack de el sitio oficial de virtualbox
2.- Desactiva por completo el controlador de USB de tu máquina virtual, para hacerlo dale click derecho a tu máquina virtual luego le das click en settings y ahí estarán las opciones para la USB (esto se hace con la máquina apagada).

Descargue e instale el "VirtualBox extension pack" desde aquí (según su versión de VirtualBox). Puede que resuelva su problema.
Porque su informe de errores dice así:
