Buenas tardes, consulta al intentar instalar pandas en el entorno mediante pip install pandas, me sale el siguiente error y no me deja instalar nada:
Could not fetch URL: There was a problem confirming the ssl certificate: HTTPSConnectionPool: Max retries exceeded with url: /simple/pip/ (Caused by SSLError(“Can’t connect to HTTPS URL because the SSL module is not available.”)) - skipping
A alguno le paso? traté de solucionarlo desde stack over flow pero no pude. Gracias
