My question is the user when he puts his card, really if the money will be reflected in the stripe account or not. Why don’t I have the physical product yet? How do I respond to users? My metric would be if users click on pay, it is a sign of interest, but I would not like to trick them into transferring their money.

Hi Armin - this is an interesting challenge. If the user puts in their card information, money will be sent to Stripe for the amount you charge.
What I'd recommend is removing Stripe and to use the number of user's adding items to their cart as a metric for if they are interesting in what you're selling. The "Checkout" screen could include something like: "Hey we are still finishing our product, but will reach out to you as soon as it's ready to complete your order."
