Have y Has tienen exactamente el mismo significado, pero Has se usa con los pronombres personales He, She, It en las oraciones afirmativas.

Por ejemplo:

Si te preguntas por qué es DOES HE/SHE HAVE en lugar de HAS es porque…

El Does, de cierta forma, anula la S del HA. Esa S está en el Do de DOES y entonces en su lugar, se mantiene el verbo TENER, pero con su manera clásica: HAVE. Espero haber sido de ayuda, si no, y te confundí de más, preguntame, con gusto te respondo 😃
