Errores frecuentes
Llevo trabajando / He estado trabajando aquí desde 2003.
I’ve working here since 2003. ✗
I’ve been working here since 2003. ✓
I been listening to David Bowie since his first album. ✗
I’ve been listening to David Bowie since his first album. ✓
En inglés, los verbos pueden dividirse entre los que expresan un estado, ya que describen emociones, creencias, sentidos o posesión, como understand, know, have, hear, love, see, etc. (entender, saber, tener, oír, amar, ver, etc.), y los que describen acciones, como cook, go, play, work, do, listen, etc.
I’ve been knowing Jan since primary school. ✗
I’ve known Jan since primary school. ✓
He entendido todo lo que has dicho.
I’ve been understanding everything you’ve said. ✗
I’ve understood everything you’ve said. ✓
He vivido / Llevo viviendo aquí toda la vida.
I’ve lived here all my life. ✓
I’ve been living here all my life. ✓
