This is the second course out of 3 that we have planned for you. The recommendation is that you take the previous course before this one, so you can practice vocabulary and expressions that are important for this course also.
If you’re new to english, take the Basic English Course and the Grammar English Course here at Platzi.
In this course we’re going to be talking about:
- Past experiences: You’re going to describe your childhood, you’re going to be talking about your school and college experiences so you can communicate and tell your friends all the things that you lived in the past years.
- You will be talking about your neighborhood, how to talk about your city, how to give directions to go from one place to another, etc.
- You will be talking about belonging, how to talk about things that belong to you or belong to other people. You can talk about your jewelry, your books, your hardware, etc.
- In addition to that, you will be learning how to talk about holidays and trips. How to plan a trip to a different country and how to organize your agenda and get your documents to do your trip.
- You will be learning how to talk about accidents and things that you didn’t plan. For this you will learn how to use the past continuous and the reflexive pronouns to describe all of these experiences.
Remember to do all the activities that are planned for this course. There are activities to practice speaking, listening, reading and writing. So in order for you to become proficient in the language, the recommendation is that you do all of these activities.
