A lo largo de tu carrera profesional tendrás la oportunidad de liderar a otras personas. Recuerda que ser un buen líder no es tarea sencilla, tienes que prepararte y para lograrlo puedes seguir las siguientes pautas.
| Advice | Description |

| Decision making | You will have to make the hard decisions. Involve the team in the decisions. We are doing this together. |
| Delegation | You can’t do everything yourself. You can give specific tasks and you guys will succeed. |
| Management / supervising | Ask yourself these questions: What can I do to make things easier for my team? What does your team need? |
| Motivating / mentoring | Keep the spirit high, people who are motivated work really well. |
| Conflict resolution | if there is a conflict, a leader has to separate both parts, listen to both sides of the story and talk to each other. Being a mediator |
No es nada fácil prepararse para ser un buen líder, pero puedes entrenar para enfrentar los obstáculos y lidiar con el rechazo.
