Flexibility / Adaptability	We have to be flexible and adapt because the world is moving very fast and we need to move with it. Especially if you’re in a tech company or in a startup.
Problem solving	To resolve problems effectively follow the next steps: 1. Defining the problem. 2. Generating Alternatives. 3. Evaluating and Selecting alternatives 4. Implementing solutions.
Thinking outside the box	Find different or more creative solutions to problems or think about things in different ways.

Es una tarea difícil, pero si logras que todos en tu equipo puedan innovar en su trabajo, los resultados serán maravillosos y no te arrepentirás.
