Resumen
Una de las maneras más comunes de utilizar voz pasiva es con la estructura Subject + Verb to be + being + verb past participle.
Esta estructura puede utilizarse para:
- Hablar de que algo está pasando en este momento.
- Algo está finalizando por alguien al momento de hablar.
Veamos algunos ejemplos:

| The postman is delivering the mail. | The mail is being delivered by the postman |
| The teacher is congratulating the students. | The students are being congratulated by the teacher. |
| We are not collecting the donations yet. | The donations are not being collected by us yet. |
| Are the police chasing the criminal? | Is the criminal being chased by the police? |
