- My best experience in a hotel was when i was in Santiago De Cali Colombia in a hotel near the Terminal due to damage there was no Water, in then shower and i need to take a Shower to go to a meeting, so the staff helped me and they got the water i needed to shower, was excellent, the cooperation of the staff

Wow, good question. I can say that I had a great experience in Farallón, Panama. The nearly with the beach, the food, drinks, services, daily activities, and the staff, are all very nice. I felt well in that hotel. - What was your worst experience?
Well, at first was bad, but then was excellent. It was in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I got at night, tired and starving. I went to eat at the roof restaurant. When I went into the room, I saw very much water falling on the walls of the bathroom. Oh my God! Take my baggage and ran to the reception. They said sorry to me and gave me a suite room. Perfect!
My best experience was at the Hilton hotel in Cartagena, everything was tidy, the bathroom was clean, the staff was friendly and the pool was perfect, warm, big and close to the sea.

My best experience was when I went to El Pulso in Querétaro. I booked the hotel room 5 months before the festival, and it was 1/3 of the regular price. It's a five-star hotel.

My worst experience was when I went to Aguascalientes again, but during a storm. The hotel is near the city center but I got wet because of the rain and also the staff told me that my room was wet to, for an open window and said "We don't have staff to dry your room, do it yourself if you want". 0 stars.

My best experience in a Hotel was in Spain, at the Gloria Palace Royal Hotel & Spa. The room was beautiful and tidy, the food was delicious, the staff was very friendly, and the SPA was amazing. The staff even sent me and my wife a gift in our room for our wedding anniversary.
My worst experience in a Hotel was also in Spain, at the Gloria Palace San Agustín Thalasso & Hotel. We paid the "all inclusive" package, but that didn't include access to the best part of the Hotel, the SPA and Thalasso area. That area was recently reformed by the time we went there, and in order to be able to access it and enjoy it, we had to pay a separate fee, and we only were able to stay there for 1 hour and half. I gave the Hotel staff feedback about this, I wouldn't mind to be charged a bit more on my "all inclusive package" if it meant to actually include the SPA access.
