I had to make different replacements at electrical substations between 230-500kV, in which the problem was to maintain or fit with the new standards from FPL. I used different standards and protection and control schemes, so, the new equipment could operate in the correct way, making use of the corresponding signals and protocols to communicate correctly among all the equipment.

What were the results of that? What was the result of your work? How do the company's projects impact our work team?

The results are that we change people's lives. When they have an event that impacts them economically, when they see that the insurance addresses this eventuality and that they can maintain their quality of life.

The result of this is that we have had sales increases. We are within the top 10 places in the company in GNP. in property insurance.

When we work as a team, we achieve our goals even if the environments are competitive.

MARIA TERESA PANIAGUA RIVERA

Who did you sell it to? What advice did you take to solve that problem? I sold it to insurance agents. I sold them the need for many people to require financial protection and one of the best ways to deal with that type of risk is to transfer it and that is what insurance is for.

There is insurance for personal and health asset protection. It will depend on the needs of each client.

Perseverance and awareness of the risks that each person runs are essential in this type of business.

MARIA TERESA PANIAGUA RIVERA

What problems did you solve? What extra tasks do you prefer to do? Okay, the most important thing that we help is to help insurance agents so that they are well-trained and can sell insurance to ensure that people have financial security.

What we do is through product training, through role-playing, through coaching, through follow-up, helping them issue a policy through constant training and follow-up to their goals.

What I prefer to do the most is help them solve some issuance problem when we are working in coaching and seeing how little by little they develop to achieve their own goals.

The problem is that the Point of sale and the system of inventory didn't working well, so I fixed, and the company could do more sales.

It's common that people start learning ny instrument and left it because they thing that music is not for theirs. I am working as music teacher since I was 16 years old. There was a long way to understand the problem, but finally I found it. When humans face an obstacule our tend is to stop, but people don't know that this is normal and even important for the process, I can help you with that problem. I am going to be your guide throughout the process and I sure you that you can do it.
