Resumen
"The best book I have read" es una expresión que denota una experiencia sobre que algo es lo mejor en una acción general.
Estas experiencias se forman utilizando superlativos y la forma verbal past participle.
Qué son los superlativos
Recordemos que los superlativos son expresiones para comparar a una persona o cosa con un grupo. Cuando habamos de superlativos los adjetivos siempre están precedidos por el artículo the.
Los adjetivos regulares se clasifican según su número de sílabas: una o dos sílabas, y tres o más sílabas. Según esto, se sigue las siguientes reglas:
- Para los adjetivos de una o dos sílabas, se añadirá al final “-est”.
- Para los adjetivos de tres o más sílabas se añade antes “most” o “least” en superlativos.
Los adjetivos irregulares tienen su propia forma para superlativos.
