Neither: Not either of the two things or people. My parents live in Colombia, neither of them lives in the USA.
Each: Individual members of a group. Each of us likes pizza. Each of the siblings has a different personality.
All: Refers to the entire groups as a whole. All of us agree with you. All of them are tired
All of them are students at Platzi. Each of them is happy to travel to Paris. I can either go to the beach or go to the park. Neither of them is studying French.
I think the last one must be:
I would like either learn to speak an excellent english or speak an excellent french
I think in the last activity the sentences are wrong, I’m not sure, but. Each: se refiere a un elemento individual de un grupo. All: Se refiere a todos los elementos de un grupo. So… in this case it would not be: (All of them are smiling) and ( each of them is intelligent) ¿?

Not really, the each is for a group but trated individualy with certain diferences, for example
Each of us can write a comment, here I wrote this and each is refered as you and Carlos as a group but in a diferent kind since we are differents i think.
En español yo lo veo como cada uno de nosotros, o cada uno de ellos, pero es incorrecto el traducir. So thats why we use each.

If you are dealing with a negative auxiliary like "don't", you should use "either" instead of "neither"
