When you hear about improving your self-confidence usually you'll imagine books or empty phrases that actually are not going to the point of your problem. But this course is something different to this scenario and it's like an own trip to the weak points you may have that are actually causing a bad self-confidence in your life, I really loved this course and the lessons I received, and the teacher was fantastic also, very clear and professional.
