Por ejemplo: Listen, Take, Make, Foster.
La frase de apertura marca el tono: We appreciate your contributions and collaborativeness in working together with us all these years [00:50].
Show appreciation for your employees. Foster collaborativeness. Listen to employees' and supervisors' ideas.
En lugar de solo Listen, di Listen to my latest one o Take into account your employees' work schedules.
La active listening aparece cuando el empleado dice I notice you really pay close attention to my ideas by the feedback you provide [01:50].
It's great to give and get positive feedback, too.
