WHAT I KNOW Honestly I do not know about the kind of company communication because that is out of my career.
I have been workin outside, but never I had speak with a formal o diplomatic words in any email or meetings.
WHAT I WANT TO LEARN I have wide techincal experience and I need how the share that with the specific language for other coworkers, because I do not who is front to me in a conference, at the same time I wish to learn how not to be rude in my ideas or comments.

What I know:
I have experience leading people as a field supervisor at DANE this is a Colombian entity here in Colombia.
I have developed communication skills, but sometimes I speak so strongly and people think I'm angry.
What I want to learn:
I want to improve my communication skills and achieve that my team does want I want by using strategies.
I want to learn how to communicate with a customer because in the future I want to travel outside to help my brother to pitch customers, my brother owns an avocado trading company.
I hope to earn lots of knowledge

What I know:
I’ve been working for US-based companies for about three years. My communication skills are pretty good, but sometimes I struggle during meetings—especially when conversations become more complex or heated. In those moments, I find it hard to stay confident.
What I want to learn:
I want to improve my confidence when speaking in professional settings and expand my vocabulary. I'm looking to express myself more clearly and effectively in work meetings, conferences, client negotiations, and when presenting ideas.
