Very complete and clear. Teacher explains very well, and put exercises according the lesson. In addition, worksheets were very funny and intuitives.

I really liked this course. I had to look up a lot of terms and other things, but I learned a lot. I would like to propose a class where there is a "difficult customer" and an "employee" where we can see all the possibilities and even other situations.
