This was a tough course with a lot of new information, I learned a lot. Thanks to the teacher for the dynamic classes.

Amazing course! The teacher explains very well, the topics was a little bit hard but it´s ok.

I retook the exam and learned by practicing negative questions and recommendations with different approaches and contexts, especially in my work where I approach more formal communication with clients and suppliers. Thank you very much to the teacher for the great contribution. See you in another course
