La actitud del docente. La claridad y simpleza, pero contenido de interes que contenia. Arrancas no sabiendo nada, o con algunas ideas vagas y salis con herramientas de gran potencia lde crecimiento, con apuntes con buenas practicas, con tips para arrancar en la industria. Dejen de leer mi reseña y tomenlo y reveanlo en lo que les sea de utilidad.

Fue un curso que me enseñó muchísimo y me hizo salir de la zona de confort (es mi primer curso finalizado en inglés) ;)

We are going to focus on listening. And if we focus on listening, that means we are going to use our special skills that have to do with listening, but also with asking questions. We are going to use our double-enhanced hearing so that we can listen more than we speak. What should we listen to? Well, when you are coaching, the coachee will give you different information and it is important that you listen to everything because everything gives you different pieces of information and information is usually like an iceberg.
