Estuvo genial que la clase estuviera en inglés y de esa forma mejorar el "listening" mientras se aprende algo. Sería positivo que den la formación completa de coaching y no solo el curso básico. Aunque parece suficiente.

We are going to focus on listening. And if we focus on listening, that means we are going to use our special skills that have to do with listening, but also with asking questions. We are going to use our double-enhanced hearing so that we can listen more than we speak. What should we listen to? Well, when you are coaching, the coachee will give you different information and it is important that you listen to everything because everything gives you different pieces of information and information is usually like an iceberg.
