por favor actualizar el idioma del lenguaje, este se encuentra en ingles y para los que no somos hablantes del idioma el hacer el examen o algunos de los términos fueron confusos

We are going to use our double-enhanced hearing so that we can listen more than we speak. What should we listen to? Well, when you are coaching, the coachee will give you different information and it is important that you listen to everything because everything gives you different pieces of information and information is usually like an iceberg.
