I am speechless, this course is so usefull for my work, is interisting how to politely make contributions to a discussion, use the problem solution pattern to discribe situations, add critical information to a story, justify a point of view and form complex yet cohesive arguments.

I liked the part of problem-solution pattern, and also all the roleplays.

Great course to have an advanced conversation in a formal debate or discussion, it helps to understand new ways to express same ideas being economical with words and sounding more fluent.
