It was Matt Cutts who said if you want to change or add something in your life, what you need to do is to do a related small action for 30 days, so it is that new action what becomes a habit
La estructura básica es What + sujeto + verbo + is/was + complemento.
¿Cómo resumir información con it was y what?

Abigail DP.
He explains that we can add something different to our lives, we can do it for 30 days, since it is the right amount of time to add a new habit or subtract it, and he mentioned something important: "small changes = sustainable" So the next 30 days are going to go by whether you like it or not, so why not think of something you've always wanted to try and try it out for the next 30 days?
Rene Francisco Lora Gonzalez
ProfesorGood summary Abigail! 😁 Can you try to use 'what he said' to focus on one aspect of the talk?

Hello, I've got a question, so, can't say "be promoted", isn't that correct? Get promoted is the proper way?
Sebastian Jaramillo Gonzalez
Hi Dalia, "get promoted" usually informal speech, you can say "got a promotion" too. And "be promoted" is more used in business related letter.

It was the great philosopher who said ;Try something new for the next 30 days". What Matt believes is that this habit will make his life memorable, better and richer. Besides this, What he did was write a book, hike the Kilimanjaro mountain and enjoy more parties. So remember, what people need to live better is to think of something new and give it a shot.

I think the teacher is making a mistake by using the word "payed" in this example:
According to this article, it should be "paid". Is it correct? Or maybe you can use it in an informal context?
Abril Ruiz Morales
es cierto, debería ser com "paid"
Nelson Bello
For everyone who is confused like me on the sentence: I paid the ticket at the end. First, the difference between paid and payed: The difference between paid and paid lies in the meaning of pay you are using: Is it about trade or boats and sailing?

What Matt is recommending to the audience is to challenge themselves by trying something new for 30 days in order to change their habits.

What the manager said is that the conference room is better for the meeting. It is the report what she wants to see first. It was the manager who authorized the 5 percent discuont. to satisfaied the client,.

About the video: What the speaker wants is to give us the confidence to start something new the next thirty days. What he discovered was that doing what you want in thirty days is enough to get a more remarkable way of living your life..

ProfesorVery good summary Daniel! 👏😁

What Matt Cutts says in the video is, if we want to do something remarkable in our lives, we should try for 30 days, and in the end, we will achieve something incredible. For example, if we want to improve our English: What we have to do is to study for at least 1 hour every day for 30 days.
Rene Francisco Lora Gonzalez
