Looking for work is stressful so you must take control of the things that you can control. Where are you aiming? What are your goals? Organize your goals, take some time, and make a list of the things you want to accomplish.
What are your weaknesses and strengths? Make a timeline and recognize the moments where you shone, learned many things or marked you then reflect on it and analyze patterns. What did you like? Why did it mark you? You want to do? What things motivate you? Why do I want to do that? Be honest with yourself and take time to reflect. Write it down and then check it out in a few weeks. What soft skills did you learn?

You must have a balance between emotional tools and techniques that accompany us in the process.
