Reflexion Pronouns
We use the reflexion pronouns when the action affects the same subject who performs it.
Example:

I love myself
-
You put yourself in danger
-
He looks at himself
We use the reflexion pronouns too, when a person does something on their own.
Example:

I myself did all this things
-
She did the project by herself
Past Continuos
We use the past continuos to describe things that were happening at specific moment in the past.
-
This is the affirmative past continuos structure:
Subject + Verb be in past + Verb ing + Complement. -
This is the negative past continuos structure:
Subject + Verb be in past + Not + Verb ing + Complement. -
This is the interrogative past continuos structure:
Wh + Verb be in past + Subject + Verb ing + Complement + ?
