Reflexion pronouns and past continuos

Reflexion Pronouns
We use the reflexion pronouns when the action affects the same subject who performs it.
Example:

• I love myself

• You put yourself in danger

• He looks at himself

We use the reflexion pronouns too, when a person does something on their own.
Example:

• I myself did all this things

• She did the project by herself

Past Continuos
We use the past continuos to describe things that were happening at specific moment in the past.

• This is the affirmative past continuos structure:
  Subject + Verb be in past + Verb ing + Complement.

• This is the negative past continuos structure:
  Subject + Verb be in past + Not + Verb ing + Complement.

• This is the interrogative past continuos structure:
  Wh + Verb be in past + Subject + Verb ing + Complement + ?
