To remember:

"Would you be so kind as to..." is followed by a verb in the infinitive form.

Nicely done Nathalia! The only mistake might just be a typo - in #4 you don't need to put the question mark (?). And I agree to correct you when you make any mistakes speaking but so far I haven't seen any. Keep up the good work!

They are quite balanced almost in a 50/50 ratio of use. But in my experience Cab was used more by well-educated people and Taxi was more generic considering that it is identical to how it is said in Spanish

And in the last sentence I would use "I wonder if you would be kind enough to...", like this: I wonder if you would be enough to carry my laptop.
