I might do a research, but it looks like a Sorolla's painting
Impressionism was a incredible movement in the Art history, because in that historical moment appeared artists with new techniques that revolutionized the way in which everyone artistis recreate his artworks.
I admire the artist that arose in this time, for intance: Claude Monet, that was a pionner in the movement impressionist, another artist was Sorolla that represented the daily landscapes with a marvelous expertise and was the movement that got it inmortalize to Vincent Van Gogh.
to summarize, in this context start a new perspective around the artistic expressions and changed the way to make art and painting
Art history shows us how styles changed over time. During the Renaissance, artists used to focus on realistic human bodies and perfect perspective. Later, in the Baroque period, painters used to create dramatic scenes with strong contrasts of light and shadow. Finally, unlike the others, Impressionist artists used to paint outdoors (en plein air) to capture the natural light of the moment.
Impressionism The impressionism come from the radicals in 19s. They had the idea to pinted "en plain air" to capture the effects of the sunlight. This mvement emerged in France at the same time at other painters as Machialoli and Homer. Also is a precursor of various painting styles: Neo-Impressionism, Post-Impressionism, Fauvism, and Cubism
The artwork you just asked about is a Renoir painting called Dance at the Le Moulin de la Galette, 1876, one of the most iconic masterpieces from the Impressionism movement.
Regarding my research. The name of the style derives from the title of a Claude Monet work: Impression: Impression, Sunrise (solieil levant) caused a critical in the Parisian Newspaper Le Charivari.
Watching the main paintings by Michelangelo, Da Vinci and Raphael, i noticed that they used to paint mostly religious scenes. It´s no wonder the Sistine Chapel ceiling was painted by Michelangelo, commisioned by Pope Julius II in 1508. Although the Renaissance artists used to refer to Greek and Roman culture as well. I just learned that they didn´t use to finance their paintings with their own money; but rather, they had Patrons who gave them the resources.
Apollo and Daphne: "A life-sized marble sculpture housed in the Borghese Gallery in Rome. It captures the precise moment when the nymph Daphne, overtaken by Apollo, starts to turn into a laurel tree to escape."
I´m going to talk about another movements that happened around these arts movements.
For example, in the Renaissance there was an important scientific advances such as Nicolaus Copernicus´s heliocentric theory. The Baroque was a period in the history of Western culture, it had an impact on numerous areas of culture and knowledge, such as the fine arts (architecture, painting, sculpture), literature and philosophy.
The movement Impressionism was key for Western art and laid the foundations for later movements, such as the Post-Impressionism of Vicent van Gogh (one of my favorite artist).
Some of this art movements where also represented in music. Renacentist music (for example, Jean-Baptist Lully), Baroque music (for example Johann Sebastian Bach) and Impressionism (for example, Manuel de Falla and Debussy) are styles that depict similar aesthetic motifs that are shown in visual arts.
The painting Bal du moulin de la Galette was painted by Pierre Auguste Renoir in 1876.
Agree!
ART MOVEMENT
One important art movement was impressonism. It stared in France in the 19th century.- Artist used to paint outside instead of inside a studio. They used to focus on light and color more than small details.- Painters used to create quick brush strokes to capture real life moments. People used to criticize this stile at the beginning but laterit become very popular.Today impressionism is one of the most famous art movement in the world.
"Baile en el Moulin de la Gatette"
It was painted it by Renoi, it was one of the main attractions in the third impressionist exhibition held in Paris in 1877.

Rococo This artistic period, often called "Late Baroque" due to the difficulty in clearly distinguishing it from the Baroque, emerged after the latter and developed between 1720 and 1770/80, especially in France, Germany, and Italy, leading to Neoclassicism in the mid- to late 18th century. In this period, the heavy, pompous forms of the Baroque were transformed into light, ethereal, delicate, and ornate forms. They used to employ layering techniques to create optical delicacy. Pastel was especially popular for its ability to create vaporous and smooth surfaces.
In the renaissance the artists used to use a technique on their paintings called sfumato and chiaroscuro.
During the baroque over the 14th century the art here was powerful and emotional that had a dramatic and theatrical style.
The impressionist was during the 19th century and here the artist used to paint outdoors.
