La estructura es: have/has + just + past participle.

Have o has, dependiendo del sujeto.

He has just arrived at the restaurant.
He has just drunk a glass of champagne.
She has just gotten news on the phone.
She has just found out she's pregnant.
They have just started their date.
He has just decided to propose.
She has just surprised him with the fake news.

Fíjate cómo cambia entre has y have: con he y she va has; con they va have. El verbo principal siempre aparece en participio: arrived, drunk, gotten, found, started, decided, surprised.

¿Qué significa just en inglés?

Por ejemplo, podrías escribir algo como She has just realized she isn't ready, o She has just remembered something important.

Aquí podrías construir frases como She has just accepted his proposal, o They have just decided to get married.
