Meditation, a word we know, but may not practice them.
I want to tell you some examples of the benefits of meditation.
- avoid cardiovascular diseases
- Improve your concentration.
- You will live second by second.
¿How can you do it?
To medite you need to keep calm, take you phone and Headphones and search in YouTube your preffer sounds, I recommend you “Sonidos para dormir”, it´s an app that let you listen calm sounds by you preffer.

Stay in your room or a calm place
Take your headphones, and start the music. -
Next, you will listen sounds, and close your eyes.
If you are calm, start the breathing. -
The most important thing is let pass thoughts.
Only see them, but not judging, only see.
