Fast walking: at least 30 minutes and 3 days in a week.
Play mental engaging games: passive entertaining is watch TV, interactive entertaining includes interactive games, chess, learn to play an instrument, learn languages, dancing, etc.
Avoid poisons: No smoke, avoid toxic substances.
Being social: Isolation is terrible, stay social, join to societies, or do voluntary.
Having a purpose and life direction: The people with high purposes and life directions suffer much less dementia. Take a cause.
Relax: relaxation is fantastic, go to the spa, meditate, yoga, read a book, go through the nature. Stress shrinks your brain.
Partner with your doctor: A good doctor is prevention oriented.
Protect your head: don’t have head injuries, use seat belt, use helmet.
Eat mediterranean diet. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetable. Eat a lot of fish, a twice a week.
The positive outlook matters a lot. The highest uses of positive emotions and positive outlook, ages better, live longer and live healthier lives. Eliminate the negative self-talk (the mind don’t know the difference what is true or false). Replace the negative thoughts with more positive thoughts.
