Your mission is to choose a situation and record yourself providing a solution to this problem. You can even choose to do them both if you want! El uso del tono positivo, cómo empatizar con el cliente son cosas muy útiles para un nivel básico en conversaciones con los clientes, tanto en inglés como en español. Lo próximo sería cursos con vocabulario de servicio al cliente, pero según el sector.
