Moment by moment, breath by breath.

Meditation, a word we know, but may not practice them.

I want to tell you some examples of the benefits of meditation.

  • avoid cardiovascular diseases
  • Improve your concentration.
  • You will live second by second.

¿How can you do it?

To medite you need to keep calm, take you phone and Headphones and search in YouTube your preffer sounds, I recommend you “Sonidos para dormir”, it´s an app that let you listen calm sounds by you preffer.

  1. Stay in your room or a calm place
    Take your headphones, and start the music.

  2. Next, you will listen sounds, and close your eyes.
    If you are calm, start the breathing.

  3. The most important thing is let pass thoughts.
    Only see them, but not judging, only see.
