The exercise #3 was confusing for me, because it refers to "Tonight" that is about something in the future.

"Tonight" is a range of time, so it can refer to the past, present o future.

There is the same problem yet. When I enter in the drive pdf view, I can see the correct pdf with the empty fields but only for 1 second. Then it changes to the filled pdf.

Unfortunately I didn't understand the exercise instructions very well and all the spreadsheets seems that It was already answered.

Is this correct in the exercise? why? They have met when they were kids in 1995.
Remember that the one condition for Past Participle is than "definite time". So in the sentence "They have met when they were kids in 1995" there is a definite time.

Sometimes I think you should adopt a strategy as in Duolingo, where the exercises is a puzzle or complete a word to make more interactive the activities and the course. It's ok have quizzes but I think the activities in the resourse section should be interacting with the exercises.
