In the previous class, it is explained that you should not use article in these cases:

Why does question 5 haven’t article?
Remember we use "The" for particular nouns. Question 5 refers to cats in general, it doesn't refer to cats previously mentioned. Let me know if you understand it :D
I'm confused, why there's no article in the question 3? Question 5 is similar but it's about cats in general not a particular group of cats, but question 3 is about a particular speech not speeches in general.
Hello! Good morning. There is no article in the third question because articles are not used when referring to a proper name or a title followed by a proper name. In this case, "Queen Elizabeth" is a title followed by a proper name. "queen" is the title, and Elizabeth is the name.
