I like the content of the lessons. The teacher is explains very well.
It was a great course, very practical and useful. I had learnt a lot of tools to improve my habits or replace some bad habits for healthier ones. There is no doubt I will return to the Yoga classes and the meditation/breathing exercises. Thank you so much for this course!
