¿Cuál es el perfil profesional capaz de hacer y pensar todas estas estrategias de innovación, estudio de competencia, nuevos productos, mejora en los productos, pensar en el cliente y los consumidores, etc? ¡Está genial!
Hola Angélica! En cuánto a perfiles con estas habilidades, te diría que NO está a fuerzas relacionado con los que uno haya estudiado porque mucho es actitudinal, cosas como: ser ingenioso, empático, creativo Y analítico a la vez, adaptable, polímata y cómodo con la incertidumbre. En cuánto a perfiles en un organigrama, también te diría que esta innovación puede venir de muchas áreas! Lo más común por diseño son áreas de innovación o marketing pero también es muy poderoso tener este tipo de perfil en áreas más operativas! ¿Tú que opinas?
